The 2017 Get Fit 30-Day Challenge takes place from April 1 through April 30, 2017. Do you want to take your fitness to the next level, make healthier food choices, or better manage stress? The 30-Day Challenge will help you to set aside a minimum of 30 minutes a day to enhance your health and well-being.

This years challenges includes easy tracking and the ability to view the entire calendar to plan ahead, and daily messages targeting physical activity, nutrition, and mind, body, and spirit.

We’d also like you to log your progress on the ACTIVITY TRACKER. Note: even if you can’t complete every challenge, please log your information before proceeding to the next challenge. It’s okay if you have to check “unable to complete”, as long as you’re doing your best, you’re still challenging yourself and still winning!

Win Prizes!!! By tracking your progress in the ACTIVITY TRACKER completely, you will be entered into several raffle drawings for a chance to win excellent prizes at the end of the 30-Day Challenge.
